Coronavirus causes an outbreak of viral pneumonia that spread throughout the world. Liver injury is becoming more widely recognized as a component clinical picture COVID-19 infection. We aimed to review this relation in concise way. This article includes large number patients from both western and eastern countries with no clear difference liver affection. The severe frequent injury, Up half developed hepatitis serum ALT elevation. Both hepatocellular and/or ductular were observed evidenced by alkaline phosphatase Increase incidence morbidity mortality had been recorded CLD. Cirrhosis extended line Child-Turcotte-Pugh class. ACLF CLD COVID 19 not clear. There are significant associations etiology disease death cirrhosis. hinders HCV elimination 2030. Patients should continue their medications if already receiving treatment. occult or resolved HBV who immunosuppressive agents use antiviral therapy prevent flare-ups.
